discretionary account
дискреционный (брокерский) счет
счет клиента, по которому брокер/дилер получает доверенность на совершение операций от имени клиента, т.е. покупку и продажу ценных бумаг без предварительного согласования с клиентом, а также принятие решений относительно времени совершения сделок и цен совершения сделок. Подобные полномочия оформляются в виде письменного документа (discretionary account authorization), в котором клиент нередко дает указания относительно инвестиционных целей или устанавливает степень усмотрения при осуществлении брокером/дилером соответствующих функций
